It is our desire to identify, enlist, train, commission, and encourage future leaders from the communities we serve. The future of our urban neighborhoods depends on current residents becoming servants and leaders within their own communities.

• Summer internships in a variety of organizational areas, with scholarships
• University partnerships in Philadelphia, as well as other parts of the U.S.
• Caravan for kids – focusing on mental physical, spiritual, and social development of elementary-aged children
• Teen Xcel – focusing on setting boundaries, overcoming obstacles, the importance of rules, winning spirit, facing opposition, and becoming useful to the community
• Formal internships for local youth and young adults

• Urban Training Center for future community and spiritual leaders
• Selection of promising participants in various classes and programs to take on roles as teachers, developers, and coordinators of future classes and programs
• Expansion of programs connecting future leaders from our communities with universities and businesses
• Intercultural and interfaith classes on working in urban settings to best address the unique needs of communities
